So Who Am I, And More Importantly...

How Can I Help You Maximize Your Quality of Life ?!?

My passion for, and journey into the world of Nutrition started in 2001 shortly after the birth of my first child.  As an infant, she was diagnosed with colic, which just didn't seem to make sense to me.  After extensive research, and going through several Pediatricians, a much more beneficial conclusion was reached that she had infant reflux.

From there, my own challenge of trying to "get my body back" after the birth of my second child furthered my pursuit to master the dynamics of how nutrition plays such a prominent role in our overall Quality of Life.

In 2008 both of my children had become high-level athletes and I began teaming up with specific nutrition companies in effort to help my kids handle the extreme demands placed on their bodies by the rigors of an intense training regimen.

In 2015 I completed the process of becoming a CN (Certified Nutritionist), and now I specialize in helping people in the key areas of General and Sports Nutrition, Weight Loss, Eating To Your Blood Type, and Hormone Balancing.
